A member of the N.color team for over 7 years, Victoria is no stranger to operational systems that make business thrive. Counting with more than 13 years of experience assisting the General Manager of a prestigious retailer in town, Victoria has found success in overseeing all operational aspects of the salon. It’s no coincidence that the favorite part of her job is interacting with clients, there are no lengths she will not go to guarantee the guest has a good experience at N.color.

Meet Lisa, our Hair Color and Design Specialist, whose philosophy revolves around the idea that beauty, akin to fashion, undergoes constant evolution. She firmly believes that each client is inherently unique and deserves the opportunity to develop their own distinctive personal style. With a keen eye for individuality, Lisa approaches her craft with the intention of bringing out the best in every client.
Lisa's dedication to her profession goes beyond the conventional, as she is driven by a passion for continuous learning and fostering creativity. Meet Kiem Voogn, our esteemed team member who joined us in 2022, boasting over two decades of experience in the hair industry. With a career that commenced in Los Angeles, Kiem honed his skills under the guidance of a mentor with a robust Vidal Sassoon background. This invaluable mentorship enabled Kiem to excel as a precision cutter, adept in both short and long hair, and a master of dimensional coloring.
Having dedicated six years to learning and growing under his mentor's tutelage, Kiem later made his mark in Indianapolis, accumulating five years of experience. During this period, he achieved certification in Great Lengths extensions and Keratin treatments. Subsequently, Kiem, along with his wife, ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing a Nail Spa with integrated hair services.
After successfully managing his own salon for 11 years, Kiem and his wife embarked on a new chapter in Naples, Florida, bringing his expertise to N.color salon. Embracing a philosophy of continuous education, Kiem finds fulfillment in sharing his passion with emerging stylists and individuals intrigued by the hair industry—an expression of gratitude for the knowledge he gained from his mentor.
Beyond the salon, Kiem cherishes moments spent with his wife and their three children when he's not actively shaping the world of hairstyling.

Meet Adele Santoro, a valued addition to our team since 2022, who is commemorating an impressive 50 years in the industry! With an unwavering passion for hair, Adele has left her mark on Long Island, NYC, and LA, donning various hats as a stylist, salon owner, and even as a performance artist for Wella and Sebastian.
A dedicated mentor, Adele takes pride in fostering the growth of stylists, with numerous success stories attributed to her guidance. Her artistic prowess has not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by her feature in Vogue Magazine, showcasing her exceptional work.
A firm believer in the adage that continuous education is the key to success, Adele follows a personal mantra of learning one new thing each day. This commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry has led her to attain various certifications, including expertise in Quidad (curly hair), Hairdreams Extensions, Microliners, and All Keratins. Adele's journey is a testament to her dedication to innovation and her belief in the power of ongoing learning.
